By accessing or using the For The Coast platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Purpose

The Platform is provided to facilitate community volunteer outreach on the Sunshine Coast. It is intended for use by volunteers, coordinators, and staff of For The Coast / Everyday Support only.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates any applicable law
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful information
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
• Interfere with the operation of the Platform or its infrastructure
• Collect or harvest personal information about other users without consent

4. Volunteer conduct

Volunteers are expected to act respectfully and in accordance with the values of For The Coast at all times. Walk activity, house flags, and community contact records must be accurate and submitted in good faith. Misuse of community data may result in removal from the Platform.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform, including text, images, and branding, is owned by or licensed to For The Coast / Everyday Support. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

6. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Platform will be free from errors. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
